The ICT professions: opportunities in the work market
The panel presented a view on the ICT evolutionary scenarios in relation to new emerging professions and related employment and remunerative prospects.

The intensive use of ICT is not only an incentive for the digital transformation of our country, above all it is the way to recover productivity in our economic system, in order to brace the economic recovery, to support growth and to generate employment.

ICT is in fact one of the key factors to face globalization challenges, encouraging the innovation, dynamism and competitiveness of our economic system. In this scenario, what are the emerging ICT professions? How does the academic system and business system speak to each other in order to make ICT professions “attractive” and decrease "skill shortage"? What are the offered occupational and remunerative prospects?

The panel tried to answer to these questions, thanks to the points of view of speakers that are expression of University, Business, SMEs and market survey companies.

Speakers: Mauro Piffer Informatica Trentina, Giuliana Ucelli (Trilogis), Alberto Montresor (DISI-UNITrento), Carla Milani (IBM), Simonetta Cavasin (Od & M Consulting).
