The Post-Master's Programme in Smart Community Design and Management aims at creating an innovative professional figure, equipped with the methodological and technical skills needed to design, build, manage and monitor smart communities of users engaging in socially impactful projects.

Trentino Sviluppo is a partner in the European CreatiFI project, which finances entrepreneurial projects related to Future Internet and applied to Creative Industries.

Trento RISE and FBK participate in the Finodex European project, which finances entrepreneurial projects that use open data and the FIWARE platform. The second call will be launched soon, which can support another 51 new projects (10K to 170K).

From concept to organic models.

A space dedicated to the meeting of companies and university students from the ICT area at the graduate, master and PhD levels. Companies will have the opportunity to find human resources with adequate training, while students will have the opportunity to be offered an internship or work experience. All starting from the most critical step: the job interview.

The panel will report insights from the project SMARTSOCIETY funded by the EC under FP7 Future Emerging Technologies programme. Further considerations will be provided by Smart Crowds. In today's hybrid society we are unconsciously observed and continuously assisted by ICT systems. How to make sure that this takes place with the right coordination and ethical control?

The 3D Printing technology, also known as additive manufacturing, is defined by some as the third industrial revolution. During the seminar it will be shown how this technology is rapidly finding new applications, from the industrial sector to commercial products.

The projects selected in December 2014 from high schools (Scuola Secondaria di I grado "Dell’Argentario", la Scuola Secondaria di primo grado "G. Bresadola" di Trento and l'Istituto Comprensivo Levico Terme) will be evaluated and ranked by an expert jury composed of university teachers and company leaders in the sector.

This is an annual event that reunites the community of the 120 families participating in the territorial laboratory. Come and discover what it means to be a smart family!

The seminar will deal with the subject of Open Data production from the point of view of the public administration, starting from the experience of the "Open Data in Trentino" project. The seminar will analyze some specific cases on data production, highlighting the criticality and potential throughout the whole process.
